What we’re developing through Pollinators for Change centers both regenerative economic development and the communities we serve. As an emerging leader navigating the growth challenges of this field, I have come to trust and value the wisdom of Ajax, Shelli, and Mark in their unique abilities and coherence as a team. We can have tough conversations, but underneath them is a trust and kindness that consistently unveils insights that help our work move forward.

As a Sole proprietor (with teams of  contractorsr) owning and running an architectural business for most of my professional career, I have found it a singular and often times solitary endeavor. It is difficult to be able to converse with anyone who understands the trials and tribulations involved in wearing many hats. Silver Advisors has been a much-welcomed advisor where I am finally able to have a sounding board to bounce ideas and to have a trusted partner to help keep all the plates spinning. Working with Ajax Greene on a bi-weekly basis gives me incentive in order to keep my goals on task and have someone to give that extra bit of encouragement and assurance needed to keep pushing forward even when times are tough. Having Ajax’s objective perspective helps to keep me grounded and to make decisions based on established goals and together we continue to refine these goals in real time in order to stay ahead of the curve. A much-welcomed addition to my small business at a price point that works well with my budget. even the Lone Ranger had Tonto and thankfully now so do I.

Silv3r Advisors has been a blessing given how deeply values-aligned we are.  After several years doing our big wellness event less successfully than our goals called for, and feeling lonely in the process, has been reversed since we started working with Silv3r. Now we are balancing innovative ideas, solid tactical execution with a long-term strategic thought process. I am feeling more excited and hopeful than I have in a long time.
