Shelli Jost Brady

A serial entrepreneur, storyteller and renaissance thinker, Shelli is known for navigating complexity and deconstructing barriers across organizations, communities, and sectors. With three plus decades of interdisciplinary experience, she innovates at the intersection of leadership, design, and social good - - empowering individuals and institutions to advance just, equitable, and regenerative futures.

 

Shelli has founded and led multiple mission-driven ventures focused on economic development, cultural impact and human dynamics. She has advised governments, nonprofits, and developers on area revitalization, inclusive economic growth, and community trust-building. Her leadership has shaped million-dollar businesses, real estate development projects, and social initiatives across Virginia including environmental and food justice, affordable housing, non-violence programs, among others.

 

Chairing municipal and university boards and commissions, Shelli advises on vision frameworks, comprehensive planning, public policy, and leads public hearings, mediations and stakeholder engagements. Known for bridging grassroots advocacy and systemic strategy, Shelli’s work consistently amplifies and connects diverse voices to catalyze collective healing and forward movement.

Mark Deutsch

Mark is a seasoned executive and a dynamic sales and marketing leader with a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, evidenced by five successful business exits and two best-selling books. For over 30 years, he has built companies, led high-performing teams, and collaborated with organizations - from startups to industry leaders, particularly in healthcare, SMBs, and nonprofits. His consistent focus is on unlocking revenue growth through astute strategy, precise execution, and authentic connection.

 

A sought-after business advisor, Mark brings contagious energy to every engagement. He has authored over 100 articles and delivered more than 1,000 presentations, inspiring and empowering audiences. Mark is as comfortable strategizing in the boardroom as he is mentoring aspiring leaders or championing community change through his Rotary club involvement.
